Kindergarten takes learning outdoors with TimberNook

This year, St. Aloysius School has partnered with TimberNook, an outdoor program that uses nature-based play and exploration to support children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Our kindergarten class takes on the adventure every Monday. In sunshine, rain, and snow, students step outside the traditional classroom to explore the natural world, meet new friends, and gain confidence by tackling healthy risks.

Whether they’re building forts from fallen branches, splashing through puddles, or discovering tiny creatures beneath the leaves, each week brings fresh opportunities for curiosity and creativity to take root.
