October is Fire Prevention Month, and the Sauk City Fire Department joined us for a special afternoon visit.
Students learned about the patron saint of firefighters and the history of Fire Prevention Month. They also climbed into the truck cab, stood in the ladder basket while it was on the ground, and watched the ladder reach for the sky.
We love when community helpers share what they do with us. Thank you, firefighters, for visiting our school and keeping our community safe!
